Experience
I have previously worked as a SEN Teaching Assistant supporting a range of complex needs across the school. In addition, I provided music and movement sessions for pre-schoolers and young people with SEN needs, and worked as Children’s Entertainer. I have supported extracurricular clubs and activities in SEN Schools and centres.
More recently, I worked in a SEN School as the school hairdresser, providing hair services and support for students and teaching basic hair care skills.
My life experiences include being a parent in a neurodivergent household, and juggling medical and care needs for those in my immediate family.
I am always looking to make a connection with those around me, facilitating engaging experiences through music, movement and sensory experiences. Supporting and helping those around me makes my heart feel warm and makes me feel happy.
About bit about Me
Three of my most favourite things are my family, my animals and music. I am always on the go, enjoying a busy family life of bike rides, skate parks and other outdoor activities like paddleboarding. I love to spend time with my miniature horse, my two dogs, or fishing at my holiday home.
Things that make me smile are glitter and sparkles and the wind in my face while galloping across the countryside. Otherwise, I can be found in my kitchen singing karaoke to Disney and songs from musicals. And sometimes I even sit still long enough to drink a cup of coffee.
