Some of the data that the company maintains will be kept in paper files, whilst other personal information will be included on computerised files and electronic database as set out below. As a medical record Powerful Voices Ltd must comply with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) guidelines.

While we take efforts to safeguard your personal information which are consistent with relevant laws, the nature of the internet is such that it poses security risks for all users.

All clients will be required to signs the terms and conditions for the company based on the case history questionnaire paperwork.

As a company we do not store any financial information for clients. Contact information is however kept securely via a cloud based accounting software, quickfile in order to issue and keep track of client invoice payments.
