This policy is aims to give you information on how Powerful Voices Ltd collects and processes your personal data, including any data you may provide during assessment, therapy or a training course.

– to contact you either by post, email or phone for any of the above reasons.
– To perform the contract the company has with you.

Some of the data that the company maintains will be kept in paper files, whilst other personal information will be included on computerised files and electronic database as set out below. Computerised files may be stored on one drive and Write Upp both of which are compliant with GDPR and EU-US privacy shield framework.
As a medical record Powerful Voices Ltd must comply with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) guidelines.
While we take efforts to safeguard your personal information which are consistent with relevant laws, the nature of the internet is such that it poses security risks for all users.
All clients will be required to signs the terms and conditions for the company based on the case history questionnaire paperwork.
As a company we do not store any financial information for clients. Contact information is however kept securely via a cloud based accounting software, quickfile in order to issue and keep track of client invoice payments.
